We are the HOA for the Lakebreeze Villas Townhomes in Lake Zurich, IL. The mission of the HOA is to preserve property values and promote safety for every homeowner in the association. The Board of Directors role is to make decisions on behalf of the neighborhood and to enforce the governing documents of the HOA.
The Board of Directors may utilize a management company to assist with certain day to day activities as well as provide legal support and recommendations. The Board of Directors self manages the community, projects and is a voluntary governing body.
