We are the Home Owners Association (HOA) for the Lakebreeze Villas townhomes in Lake Zurich, IL. The mission of the HOA is to preserve property values and promote safety for every homeowner in the association. The Board of Directors’ role is to make decisions on behalf of the community and to enforce the governing documents of the HOA.
The Board of Directors self-manages the community projects and is a voluntary governing body.
Monthly HOA dues should be paid by the first of each month directly to Lakebreeze Villas HOA by check or via Zelle.
